Handling technology through warehouse holding “Grodno-Puls” for goods directed to:

Export

Loading into carriages or trucks is being done by manufacturer which provides internal consignation notes with the indication of customer or forwarder for transportation to Grodno in care of “Puls Co Ltd”;
Freight is being placed to warehouse holding for a period up to 2 (two) months until the date of loading into vehicle and customs clearance;
“Puls Co Ltd” and manufacturer execute the contract of agency for customs clearance. Manufacturer affords the documents providing fee payment for customs clearance, freight shipping order;
“Puls Co Ltd” and freight customer execute the forwarding contract for the purpose of providing the services for export fare payment on Belarus’ territory (if necessary), work on transshipping and other services related to it, execution of consignation notes, pro forma invoices, customs documents in accordance with customer’s order and instructions;
“Puls Co Ltd” executes the certificate of origin (form ST-1) in Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (at customers will);
“Puls Co Ltd” affords customs certified documents providing freight export to the manufacturer.

Freight is being delivered to Grodno with the indication of delivery to house tracks of “Puls Co Ltd” in the agreement on international freight transport (for railway transport) or with the indication of the information about unloading and customs clearance in sections 3 and 13 of CMR (for automobile transport);
“Puls Co Ltd” and freight customer execute the contract of agency for customs clearance and the contract on providing the services in warehouse holding. Customer affords the contract, shipping documentation, documents providing customs fee payment, deallocation from regional customs which operates the zone where the customer is situated;
After customs clearance execution the freight is being loaded into automobile or railway transport and sent to the address specified by customer in the inland bills of lading.

Freight is being delivered in care of “Puls Co Ltd” with the reference of vendor / customer / forwarder;
“Puls Co Ltd” and vendor / customer / forwarder execute the contract of agency for customs clearance, forwarding contract for the purpose of providing the services for transit fare payment on Belarus’ territory (if necessary), work on transshipping and other services related to it, execution of consignation notes, pro forma invoices, customs documents in accordance with customer’s order and instructions;
After transshipping to railway or automobile carrier and customs clearance the freight is being delivered in accordance with instructions supplied by the vendor / customer / forwarder.
